How to use: Roll onto the inside of your wrist, the neck, onto the breastbone, between the eyebrows, or anywhere else that feels nourishing to you.

To use in prayer and meditation, roll into the palm of your hands and rub the hands together bringing them into prayer mudra. Inhale as often as you desire.
